Cierre primer lote:  Martes 31 de enero a partir de las 11:00 a.m. y consecutivamente cada 5 minutos.

Start: January 30th, Monday  at 11:00 hrs
Close: January, Tuesday  31st  from 11:00 hrs and consecutively every 5 minutes per lot.

Para participar en la subasta deberá efectuar el depósito en garantía por un monto total de $2,000.00 USD
To participate in the auction you must make the warranty deposit  for a total amount of  $ 2,000.00 USD

GARANTÍAS E IMPUESTOS

El depósito en garantía será de  $2,000.00.- (dos mil  dólares USD.) y puede ofertar por  5 
lotes de esta categoría.
La prima al comprador es del 13.5% del monto total de la compra.
El precio martillo NO incluye IVA.

WARRANTIES AND TAXES

The deposit will be $2,000.00 USD - (two thousand U.S. dollars) And you can bid for 5
lots on this category.
The buyer's premium will be 13.5% of the total amount.
The hammer price does not include VAT. (mexican taxes = 16% of the total amount)

4. When your warranty deposit is recognized, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, with the online auction link and your password and user to access.
5. Enter the link to bid on the lots of your interest.
